Gift vouchers

Twenty-four months from the date it is issued. That is deliberately generous, because life gets in the way and a gift should not become a deadline. If yours has just run out, get in touch anyway and I will see what I can do.

Yes. Any amount from £25 upwards. She can put it towards whichever treatment she likes and pay the difference on the day, or use it in full. If you are not sure what she would enjoy, an amount is often the kinder choice.

A PDF voucher can be with you the same day once payment has cleared, so it works for a last-minute gift. A printed card takes longer, as you collect it from the studio. If you need it posted, ask and I will tell you honestly whether it will arrive in time.

It can be passed on. If the person you bought it for cannot use it, or would rather it went to someone else, that is fine. Just let me know the new name when she books.

Vouchers are not refundable for cash, which is normal for gift vouchers and is set out in the terms. What I will always do is be flexible about how it gets used, including putting it towards a different treatment or a longer session.

Yes. Package sessions are booked and paid one at a time, so a voucher can simply pay for one or more of those sessions. Mention it when you buy and I will make a note against her package.

I will send you the payment details when we have agreed what you want. There is no online checkout here, and no card details are ever taken through the website. If you would rather pay in person, you are very welcome to come to the studio.
