Pre & Postnatal
PregnancySix sessions tailored to pregnancy and recovery after birth, from 14 weeks through to the postnatal period. Each session adapts to where you are: second trimester, third trimester, or those early weeks with a newborn.
6 sessions, £300 (the sixth is free)
Intense Rejuvenating
RelaxationSix full-body sessions drawn from the relaxation end of the menu: Swedish, aromatherapy, hot stone, or a combination. The consultation at the start of each session settles the plan. Suited to women carrying chronic stress or persistent tiredness.
6 sessions, £300 (the sixth is free)
Sticks & Stones
Heat therapySix sessions using the heated-tool treatments: warm bamboo and hot stone. Both use sustained heat to reach deeper muscle layers without heavy pressure. If you have found that heat helps more than hands-only work, this is the package for you.
6 sessions, £300 (the sixth is free)
How packages work

- Step 1
Book your first session
Call or text Fran to arrange a date and time. Let her know at the start of that first visit which package you are taking.

Pay session by session
No upfront payment. Pay £60 at the end of each of your first five visits, card or cash, at the studio. The sixth session is free.
